Thank you for considering Clearwater Lake Resort for your next vacation. Our rules are in place to protect and ensure an enjoyable visit for all of our guests. We ask that you please read our rules before making your reservation.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If the cabin you have reserved is ready for occupancy, an early check-in may be possible, no guarantees.
Pool and game room hours are 9:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. Open longer on request.
Resort quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. till 9:00 a.m. For the satisfaction of our guests and keeping a family environment,
No pets allowed, ours is enough since we have had way too many issues. (Sorry)
One night deposit is required to reserve your cabin.

Our cancellation policy is very simple. If you make a reservation and then cancel expect to be charged one nights stay.

Visitors are not permitted unless they check in and pay a Day Guest Fee. Only paid guests of the resort are allowed to use the facilities. This rule was put into place to keep a family atmosphere. Too many people renting a cabin and calling in their friends to party. If you have relatives that want to visit then just please advise us and I’m sure we can work it out. A day fee may apply.
Please no smoking in the cabins. To ensure our cabins and environment are suitable for all our guests, as well as to keep costs down, please use the ashtrays located just outside your cabin or throughout the Resort.
Keys to cabins are not issued until cabins are paid in full. On the day of your departure please leave the key in the cabin or return it to the office.
No lifeguard is provided at the pool. Parents are solely responsible for their children and should never leave them unattended.
No food or drink in the pool area.
There is a 5 mph speed limit on roads within the resort. This may seem slow to most people but PLEASE believe us, this will ensure the safety of all our children and guests.
Towels are for cabin usage only and not to be used at the pool. We prefer you bring your own beach towels but please ask and we will accommodate you with a pool towel if necessary. If you would like fresh towels, we use an exchange policy. Please bring the used towels to the office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
No profanity.
No radios, stereos or boom boxes played outside the cabin.
Anyone violating these rules will be asked to leave without refund.
These rules can vary due to Families who rent the entire Resort.
